betnaija is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Registration by, or on behalf of, any person under the age of 18 is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one betnaija account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and balance forfeiture.
Fair Play Guaranteed
All games on betnaija use certified random number generators from internationally accredited providers. Collusion, cheating, use of automated bots, or any form of game manipulation is strictly forbidden and grounds for immediate account closure.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players must satisfy all requirements before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.
Account Verification (KYC)

Payment Method Consistency
Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. betnaija does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or mobile wallet numbers not registered in the player's verified name.

General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betnaija ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by betnaija — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, bonus promotions, and payment services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
betnaija reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the betnaija platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of betnaija following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Register", completing the registration form, or using any feature of betnaija — even without registering a full account — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally. If you are accessing betnaija on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
1.2 Service Availability
betnaija provides its services primarily to players located in Bangladesh. We make no representation that the services described on this platform are available or appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is permitted in their country or region of residence before registering or using betnaija.
betnaija does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and third-party service provider outages may affect platform availability from time to time. betnaija shall not be liable for any losses, missed bets, or session interruptions arising from platform unavailability.
Section 2
Eligibility and Account Registration
To be eligible to register and maintain an active betnaija account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during the period your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your applicable jurisdiction, if higher).
- You are a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts on betnaija.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any other individual or organisation.
- You do not already hold an active or previously suspended betnaija account under any name or identity.
- You have not previously been excluded, banned, or self-excluded from betnaija or any affiliated platform.
- All information provided during registration and subsequently is accurate, complete, and truthful.
- You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of betnaija or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
2.1 Registration Process
To register a betnaija account, you must complete the registration form available on the betnaija Login page, providing at minimum: a valid unique username, a secure password, a valid email address, your date of birth, your mobile number (for mobile wallet payment integration), and your preferred currency (BDT — Bangladeshi Taka). All fields marked as mandatory must be completed accurately.
betnaija reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion, including where the information provided is incomplete, appears to be fraudulent, or where the applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out above. No reason for rejection need be provided.
2.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betnaija login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. betnaija will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify betnaija immediately via live chat support. betnaija shall not be liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
betnaija operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. As part of this programme, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is approved for withdrawals or before certain deposit thresholds are reached:
- Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document issued within the last three months, showing your name and address.
- Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account confirming that the mobile wallet number is registered in your name.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request being issued will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality. betnaija reserves the right to extend the KYC request period or to permanently close an account where documentation is not provided or is determined to be unsatisfactory.

Section 3
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on betnaija are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol: ৳). betnaija supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, City Bank transfers, BRAC Bank transfers, Islami Bank transfers, Sonali Bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
3.1 Deposits
Deposits to betnaija are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may impose their own transaction limits.
- Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your betnaija account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to be credited.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned, minus any transaction costs incurred.
- betnaija does not charge deposit fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
- If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected processing time, you must contact betnaija support immediately with your transaction reference number.
3.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from betnaija are processed subject to the following terms:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits are set out in the account limits table above. Higher limits may be available to verified VIP players — contact support for details.
- Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within 15 to 60 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day.
- Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where technically possible. betnaija reserves the right to require this as a condition of processing.
- betnaija reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above ৳20,000.
- Any balance derived from bonus funds that has not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until all wagering conditions are met. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied bonus funds will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus amounts.
- betnaija does not charge withdrawal fees for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay transactions. Bank transfer fees may apply and will be disclosed before you confirm the transaction.
3.3 Failed and Returned Transactions
In the event that a deposit transaction fails after the funds have been debited from your account but before they are credited to your betnaija balance, betnaija will investigate and credit any confirmed received funds within one business day. betnaija is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the player, or due to outages on the mobile wallet provider's or bank's side.
Returned deposits (e.g., where a third-party deposit is identified) will be refunded to the originating payment method, minus any applicable third-party transaction fees. betnaija will not hold returned funds for extended periods — if a refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, the player must contact support with alternative verified account details within 30 days.
Section 4
Bonus and Promotions Policy
betnaija offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin packages, cashback offers, BPL cricket betting promotions, Eid seasonal bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.
4.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds — and any winnings generated from bonus funds — are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements) before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "30x bonus amount"), and the specific requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. Players must satisfy the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal request for bonus-derived funds will be approved.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of the bet value. Live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely — this will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
- Wagering requirement deadlines are stated in each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement by the deadline will be removed from the account automatically.
- betnaija reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified via on-platform notification where practicable.
4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud
betnaija maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and permanent ban from the platform:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (bonus multi-accounting).
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers in a way that guarantees profit regardless of game outcomes (bonus collusion).
- Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to satisfy wagering requirements.
- Placing low-risk offsetting bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements artificially (arbitrage betting within bonus conditions).
4.3 Welcome Bonus
betnaija's welcome bonus is available exclusively to first-time depositors. Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once. The bonus is credited to your account automatically upon successful completion of the qualifying deposit. Specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, and eligible games are detailed on the betnaija promotions page at the time the offer is live. betnaija reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus offer without prior notice.

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on betnaija, you agree at all times to comply with these Terms, to use the platform in good faith, and to refrain from any conduct that could harm betnaija, its players, its game providers, or the integrity of the games and betting markets offered on the platform.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on betnaija. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action where appropriate:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Registering or operating more than one betnaija account, whether under the same or different identities.
- Using betnaija for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
- Colluding with other players in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using any software, tool, robot, script, spider, or automated mechanism to access or interact with betnaija in a manner not intended by normal human usage.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security or integrity of betnaija's systems, databases, or game software.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive behaviour toward betnaija support staff or other players.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games — any winnings derived from knowingly exploiting a bug are void and will be reversed.
5.2 Responsible Use
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. You confirm that all funds deposited on betnaija are your own legitimately earned funds and are not required for essential living expenses. betnaija strongly encourages players to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion — to maintain healthy gaming habits. Section 6
Intellectual Property
All content on the betnaija platform — including but not limited to the betnaija brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, images, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of betnaija or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betnaija platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from betnaija without express written permission.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from betnaija's proprietary content.
- Use betnaija's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context, including affiliate marketing, without a formal written agreement with betnaija.
- Frame, mirror, or deep-link to any page of betnaija on a third-party website without authorisation.
Game content (including game graphics, audio, and mathematics) is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is licensed to betnaija for use on the platform. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective providers.
Section 7
Limitation of Liability and Disputes
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betnaija, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the betnaija platform, including but not limited to:
- Any loss of funds resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
- Any technical failure, platform downtime, or data loss — whether or not betnaija was advised of the possibility of such loss.
- Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on betnaija.
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, mobile wallet operators, or banking institutions.
7.1 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between you and betnaija regarding any matter covered by these Terms — including disputed transactions, game outcomes, bonus calculations, or account decisions — you must submit your dispute in writing to betnaija's customer support team via live chat or by email to support@betnaija within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted more than 30 days after the relevant event may not be investigated.
betnaija will acknowledge all formally submitted disputes within two business days and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within 14 business days of receipt of all necessary supporting information. betnaija's decision on any disputed matter shall be final, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection law.
7.2 Game Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction — including but not limited to a software error, network disruption during play, or an incorrectly displayed game outcome — betnaija reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stake placed in that round to the player's account. No further compensation will be payable in connection with a game malfunction. betnaija's game malfunction decisions are final and are made on the basis of server-side game logs, which constitute the authoritative record of all game outcomes on the platform.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
betnaija reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice, particularly in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria (including age requirements).
- Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Confirmed bonus abuse or collusion activity.
- Abusive behaviour directed at betnaija staff or other players.
- A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
8.1 Player-Initiated Account Closure
You may close your betnaija account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. To close your account, you must confirm your identity and the reason for closure. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unsatisfied bonus funds) at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within five business days. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements may be subject to additional verification before a final withdrawal is processed.
8.2 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. betnaija will attempt to contact dormant account holders via their registered email address before applying any dormancy administration fee. After 12 months of inactivity, betnaija reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 against the remaining balance until either the account is reactivated by the player or the balance reaches zero. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support for assistance.
